But, without the right talent to fuel their high growth, these companies might never reach the coveted unicorn status.
Cultural insight
Our qualitative research identified an untapped audience: a group of changemakers who felt under-utilised and under-recognised in their existing corporate positions. In other words, they were the perfect people to help growth-hungry scaleups achieve global success.
Disruption
Our organising idea and campaign solution, Scale Up Your Career, spoke directly to this unique pool of changemaker candidates.
To represent the ethos of these workers and the spirit of Victoria’s rapidly growing Scaleup community, we developed a unique visual identity to give the campaign a highly impactful edge across all communications. Our campaign visual – a workhorse transforming into a unicorn – quickly became a symbol of success and was embraced by Victoria’s tech community.
